1. Key Terms
"Platform" refers to Rember, a web platform for creating, reviewing, and sharing flashcards.
"Provider" refers to Clearspace, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
"Content" refers to any information, text, graphics, or materials uploaded or shared through the Platform.
"Personal Data" refers to any information that can identify a User
2. Acceptance and Eligibility
2.1. By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
2.2. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
3.2. Users are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and all account activity.
3.3. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any Terms violation.
4. User Conduct and Content
4.1. Prohibited Activities:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Sharing harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content
- Attempting unauthorized Platform access
- Using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other Users
- Interfering with Platform operation or security
4.2. User-Generated Content:
- Users retain ownership of their Content
- Users grant the Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute Content
- Users represent they have all necessary rights to share Content
- The Provider may remove any Content at its discretion
5. Privacy and Security
5.1. The Privacy Policy governs personal information collection and use.
5.2. The Provider implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
